Natthi hetu, natthi paccayo sattaana.m visuddhiyaa, ahetuu apaccayaa sattaa visujjhanti.
not / reason / not / cause / [of] beings / [for] holiness / without reason / without cause / beings / become pure
(There) is not cause nor condition for the holiness of beings, they become pure without cause and without condition.

natthi = na+atthi, no, not, not present.
hetu (m.) cause, reason, condition.
satta (m.) a creature, living being.
visuddhi (f.) purity, holiness, splendour, excellency.
visujjhati (v.) to become clean or pure.
